We believe that any reason is a good reason to celebrate, and a great bar will take any event to the next level. Our charming 1970s horse trailer makes a lasting impression wherever she goes. We’re more than a bartending service – we’re an elevated addition that provides handcrafted cocktails, beer and wine service, an interactive experience, and a photo-worthy backdrop.

Sunday dinners at Grandma’s house were warm and inviting. The smells of baked delights, the endless table of food fresh from the garden, the tea that was oh, so sweet, and our whole family gathered around the table. My grandma’s kitchen inspired the same warmth and love from my mom, and from that I’ll pass to my children.

Carolina Bimonte Hart is a Brazilian that moved to the USA to pursue a degree in Culinary Arts, from Le Cordon Bleu, with the intention of opening up a bakery once she went back home (Sao Paulo, Brazil). As life takes its turns, she met the love of her life, had three kids, became the pastry chef for the Governor of the State of Georgia! She is now running Carola’s Kitchen, her licensed home based business.
