Q: What is included in your rental fee?

A: Use of five acres with a pond, deck and alter under a 200 year old Oak tree 10am -11pm.; historical buildings as a rustic backdrop for photographs; use of the guest house for bridal prep, large grassy area for a tent, tables, and chairs; for the day. For a guest count over 100 additional tables and chairs can be rented. Email your date, number of guests and budget and we will get back with you on options.

Q: Do you require wedding/event insurance?

A: Yes! Please find a list of recommended policies here.

Q: What are the hours of operation for weddings?

A: All events must end no later than 11:00 p.m. in the summer; by 10:00 p.m. in late fall.

Q: Is your venue handicap/wheelchair accessible?

A: The parking and venue is grass that is mowed just before an event. We suggest dropping someone near the chairs, then parking your car in our pasture parking. We do have a golf cart available for the wedding party to use.

Q: Are there things to do nearby?

A: Yes! Please find a list of places to golf, shop, hike, fish, swim, and eat here.

Q: How many people can the space seat? 

A: That depends on your tent size.

Q: What if it’s really hot on my wedding day?

A: We are happy to work with you to make it enjoyable for you and your guests. There are options for fans available for an additional fee.

Q: Can we take photos around the grounds, where we want to?

A: Yes. However, some of our houses are rented by long-term tenants. The area where the ceremonies take place is available for you to explore. You can tag @1826farm on Instagram and @1826atstowersfarm on Facebook. Our hashtag is #1826farm

Q: Do you have a space for getting ready?

A: Our guest house is available for the bridal party. For the groom and his group, there are several hotels 3 miles south of us on 400.

Q: Do you provide restrooms?

A: We include climate-controlled trailered restrooms or flushable portable restrooms for an additional price.

Q: Do you have tables & chairs?

A: Available to you are three farm tables and round tables for your number of guests. Chairs are an additional price with two options from our vendor.

Q: What are our bar options?

A: All events must comply with the Georgia State liquor laws. You, a bartender or caterer provide all libations, and the bartender/caterer must be licensed to pour at events. Our preferred vendor for our venue is The Steel Magnolia Bar.

Q: Do you provide trashcans?

A:  Yes, and all garbage must be bagged. We will dispose of the garbage.
